Good Quality Cap, MAKE SURE IT FITS YOUR CAR/TRUCK/SUV!
This did not fit on a 2019 Chevy Equinox. It looks the same, but its different, trust me. But feeling it, its made well, and sturdie, just make sure you know for a FACT that it fits your car/truck/suv since Amazon did say it will fit but it did not.

An excellent investment
Ive purchased two of these already for my GM engines because the 2.4L ecotech engines suffer from excessive pressure and these caps gives them the relief that the engine needs. It can save your rear main seal specially if you pair with an oil catch can. The fit was perfect. Easy installation and for the money its well worth it

Works for 2015 gmc terrain
Put it on my 2.4L ecotech engine before a long trip through some cold weather. Fit well even though my 2015 gmc terrain wasn't listed as a car it fits. Haven't had any problems so far and now my rear main seal is less likely to break if my oil sludges up or condensation expands.

Good OEM replacement. Seals well and also helps with relieving pressure if your PCV valve is clogged. Looks nice.

Put it on to prevent rear main seal blow out. I have 194,000 miles on my Equinox and no leak yet.

I took a chance on getting this for my chevy trax. At first it didn't fit. The original cap has 2 slots and the new one only had 1. I simply took a hack saw, cut off one of the locking tabs in the filler spout and the new part slipped right in and locked with half a turn. Very happy, my engine now has pressure relief if the pcv valve freezes up, of which they are famous for.

This is a pressure relieving cap. For anyone with a GDI ecotec engine with the stupid pcv opening in the mainfold that constantly gets plugged. Hopefully, this inexpensive fix will keep my rear main seal from failing. Item is as shown and fits the 2.4L ecotec engine valve cover opening. I still fixed the manifold problem, but this is some extra insurance.

it is a perfect fit and with pressure relive valve it can potentially save you lots in extra repair costs if the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system on your car clogs up before you have the chance to fix it...well worth the money for any Chevrolet equinox owner with the 2.4L ecotec engine
