I have extremely sensitive skin and jet black hair. So anything that irritates my scalp well you get the idea. Amazon and the company that produces this product haven't had it in stock for years. YEARS! I bought 4 of these because I have no idea when this stuff is going to run out of stock and if it does when it'll come back. Great value for your money. Incredible hold, your hair will get stiff if you use a lot, you don't need much with this stuff honestly, and you can always break up the crunchy texture by apply a hair palm or wax after it dries in 10 seconds. It still retains 90% of it's hold when you do that but the wax helps break up the stiff feel. Super effective, doesn't dry out my scalp (incredible feet), no weird smells, and it's just a great product.

The best chemical free hairspray. Sold at Mayo Clinic pharmacies. my hair never felt or looked as clean and full as after using Vanicream products--shampoo, cream rinse, gel, hairspray. After shampoo and cream rinse, I rinse with cold water and keep a gallon of distilled water in shower. Turn off shower & Pour @ 1-2 cups distilled water in a plastic stadium cup and slowly rinse thru hair. Amazing improvement--my thin fine hair looks fuller and shinier than ever. Gel or hairspray does not weigh down hair but provide so holding so hair looks fuller and has more body..

I have rosacea and hair products are a constant irritant. This hairspray is the only one I found that does not cause rosacea type 2 pustules. It is a firm hold and unscented. It is not as fine a spray as L'Oreal Elnett, so I reduced it by one star. The hold is great on a windy day. Definitely not a wimpy hairspray.

Sensitive skin, hair has been thinning & texture has changed. Product has not been irritating. Day 1 of hair wash no product. Day 2 after styling offers good hold. Day 3 good texture. I get the most complements on my hair Day 2 & 3. I "pinch in" &/or spray. I have taken it with me when I get my hair cut. Also use the shampoo & conditioner ... among other supportive approaches.

This product is helpful for anyone suffering from scalp irritation. Definitely works for sensitive skin if used carefully. However, this comes out of the pump as a wet mist with a very broad stream. So if you are aiming for your bangs, be prepared for it to cover your entire face in a sticky mess with residual spots on your clothing and your hair. It is a very firm hold, so don't waste too much time attempting to adjust your hair after it is applied. My best recommendation is to pour the liquid into a smaller spray bottle with a more controlled and streamlined aim. The product works, but you have to control, as best you can, where it lands. Otherwise, you will have a sticky mess. Worth trying it if you have sensitive skin. It definitely holds well, even in humid weather.

I’m allergic to so many hair products but not this one! No scent, and big win: non-aerosol! Yay!

I have scalp psorasis so my scalp becomes easily sensitive to hairsprays. I used to use TRESemmé hairspray but it causing terrible itching. Started using this and it has been perfect for me and it holds my hair well until it is brushed out again and it is a good price.

This is good hairspray for my hair. Finally, I finally got a fragrance-free hair product.

Does not smell of perfume very strong hold and does not irritate my scalp (other hair sprays do)
