These things are great. My podiatrist recommended them. I use them with my custom orthotic. They last a fairly long time and I can notice when they wear out. Fortunately they are cheap to replace

I got these for adding a bit of extra cushion in my boots and these do not dissapoint. A bit of cushion without excessive bulk.
