Bruno Marc Men's URBAN-01 Suede Leather Lace Up Oxfords Desert Boots

The boots run a bit on the large size, maybe by 0.5 size (US). That said, it's not a big enough difference that I felt I needed to exchange them and I was unsure if the 10 would be too snug for the style. Anyway, the comfort is great despite this. There is adequate support in the sole with just enough cushion and arch support. Not so stiff as to be painful but not so much as to cause fatigue. Being on my feet all day in these at work felt just fine and so did walking several miles out shopping with the wife. The suede doesn't breathe incredibly well, but that's suede for you. Still comfortable and not overly hot.The look is great as well. The heel is not wood with rubber on top/below. It's just rubber that is textured and colored like wood, so be aware of that. Not a problem, but this is definitely a casual boot. The dark brown color is awesome. Not as grey as in the pictures, more like a dark chocolate or coffee color. Not red-brown, but not as grey/black as they appear. Really nice shade. Good thick quality suede, too. I'd consider buying more in a different color. The navy and the grey look cool. Not a fan of the brogued ones so I'm definitely glad I opted for the plain. Clean, classic look without being overstated. I'm excited to see how these hold up!

At first glance, the shoes look incredible and the fit is as expected. The suede leather smells great, the insole is confortable and the sole feels solid. Only thing i notice is that the sole is apparently glued to the upper part of the shoes, not stitched, but for a shoe on this range of price it is ok..I will update the review after i wer them for a couple of days.08-August-2017These boots are incredible, really confortable and i dont know why, but i find them more beautiful every time i wear them.At first i gave them 4 stars, but after wear them more times, they really desearve the 5 stars.

Great looking boots, and very comfortable fit. I read the reviews prior to purchasing the pair, and I am glad that I did. Several had insisted the shows ran about a size larger than what they usually wear, and in this case it was true. I am typically a size 12, but ordered the elevens based of the previous buyers feedback, and they fit perfect. Had I ordered the 12s they would have been way too large. Great shoe, very comfortable, and durable. Just make sure to order one size smaller than you typically do to get the right fit!

Nice and stylish desert boot. Not much arch support but I have come to terms with the fact that desert boots usually don't have good arch support. But these have a tad bit more than my Clark's, which I've worn for 50 years. I just thought I'd try a different brand and these are great...and less expensive than my Clarks.

As described. These shoes are hard to find in my size (10.5), so I was pretty excited that I could get my hands on them. I'll definitely purchase a pair of the 1-Sand or 1-Tan iteration of these Bruno Marc Moda Italy Desert Boots! True to size. Ignore other reviewers where size is a factor. I purchased and returned sizes 9.5 and 11's, because of a poor fit. the 10.5's are Keepers!

Excellent chukkas! I love it. I get a lot of comments. I bought the tan color. It looks well built. I hope it lasts. I agree with the other reviewers that it is a little narrow up front. I felt it rubbing against the side of toes. Otherwise I can't complain about the $40 price tag. I'm considering buying a different color.

if I could give this a 2.5/5 I would. I say this because I’m half upset and half happy with them.My bf had a pair of these given to him by my mom and for the life of me I can’t remember the brand but HE LOVED THEM! So I came across these ones and couldn’t believe how close they looked to his once favorite pair.I was so thrilled when I pulled out the first shoe and it looked AMAZING! I instantly knew he’d be so happy when he got this for Christmas. Such a disappointment when I saw the damage to other shoe.Got these for his Christmas gift so up to him if he wants to return them or not. He might just be too happy they look close to his old ones that he won’t care. Doubt it.

When I bought these shoes, I loved the looks and the fact that they had 3 lace holes, which makes the boot fit better and more snug. I love the leather, and the outward appearance, and the materials. Dessert Boots are knock around boots and usually have gum soles, which makes them like a moccasin with ankle support. Also, they usually have the pull on loop on the back to pull them on. Unfortunately, this style of Dessert Boot has a sole with a heel, seem to be kind of elongated and narrow. Also, without the loop in the back, they are so narrow and snug, that it takes effort just to get them on. I never gripe about things, but these boots make my ankles ache and I have worn them, then let them sit, then worn them again. After some time my ankle stopped hurting, so in an effort to try and break them in, I tried to wear them again. Unfortunately, the same result, my ankles hurt and they are somewhat too narrow for My Feet. Some people will find the fit OK, but in my case, they were more like narrow uncomfortable dress shoes that just look like true Dessert Boots, but Only In Appearance..... I hope this review helps....
