Helps with racing heart and anxiety
I have not slept in weeks , I wake up with my heart racing in the middle of the night and a lot of anxiety . The doctor prescribes meds that have not been effective . I researched magnesium and read some reviews and this brand really works . I hope it continues to work for me but last night was the first time in weeks my heart was not racing in the middle of the night . I was able to go back to sleep and not feel panic .
