I started taking B12 regularly because I eat an entirely plant-based diet, which I 've done for over 3 decades (and am in excellent health and physical condition as a result in my 60s!). B12 is really the one (and only) thing that should be monitored for people on all (vegan) or mostly plant-based diet. As one ages, B12 intestinal absorption decreases (regardless of diet. I monitor my serum B12 level 1-2X per year. In the past I used a B12 supplement including spray sporadically, and my B12 levels have always remained at the lower end of 'normal.' More recently I took a multi-vitamin pill with far greater dosages of B12 once a week; it works, but the intestine can only absorb a small percentage; such pills come with lots of other vitamins I don't need or want; and they taste terrible! From my research (as a physician), I have determined sublingual B12 as methylcobalamin from a plant-based source offers the most advantages in terms of absorption, efficacy, and sourcing ethics. Having a brand that you can trust is very valuable, There are no long-term research studies comparing routes, preparations or clinical outcomes. I'm sure there are many brands that deliver the same or similar dosage, and all are around the same price point. I like that the spray function of this product delivers a consistent, reliable dosage directly under the tongue. If I happen to swallow a little, there's no harm. It tastes slightly like cherry and is very acceptable. No odor. I also appreciate the thoughtful, sustainable packaging. I hope Givol keeps doing what they're doing! I'll update this after my next B12 test.

I've been extremely fatigued this winter, so I wasn't surprised when my bloodwork came back that I was vitamin B12 deficient. The doctor suggested I take a B12 supplement. I've recently been turned onto the GIVOL brand of all natural liquid vitamins and I absolutely love them. They are high quality vitamins that contain only the best ingredients. There are no chemicals, preservatives, yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, artificial color, flavor or fragrance in them. I like this spray because it contains Methylcobalamin, the natural form of B12. I chose the natural version because your body retains it better. Since it's in a spray bottle, it's very easy to take. I really like the taste and it's nice that I don't have to have water handy to take it. I haven't had any stomach issues, which is a huge plus. Since starting this, I have definitely been less fatigued and I love the extra shot of energy I get after I take it. This liquid is definitely a keeper.

If you don't like taking pills or having chalky substance in your mouth... Then this product is for you! Easy to use. I found the taste to be light and pleasant. It doesn't really smell and is easy to swallow like your taking a sip of a drink. The liquid is very red and may stain clothing. Would buy again.

Changing from 5 stars to 4. Still like this product, but on my 3rd bottle and all have leaked and stopped spraying. I have to take the top off to get more than 2 pumps. And I have to keep it on a tissue because the bottle leaks, and I have no idea how or why. Might try my luck with a 4th bottle. If I have the same issue, will most likely change to a different product. Hoping 4th time is a charm, because I truly do like this product. I really like this product. It makes a huge difference when I forget to take my two sprays daily. My third bottle stopped spraying after about 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and received a replacement bottle within 10 business days. GIVOL did not ask for the damaged bottle to be returned. If you have any issues with this product, contact GIVOL and they will make it right.

I've been using this for a couple of years now, to alleviate nerve pain in my feet. I started using it soon after I learned that a deficiency in Vitamin B12 can cause nerve pain - and regularly supplementing with B12 can PREVENT further damage to the nerves themselves. I'm forgetful. When I forget to take this for a few days, or run out before reordering, I experience a noticeable uptick in nerve pain. A co-worker started taking this two or three months ago, after hearing my rave reviews, she's been amazed by how helpful it is. She said she could stand barefoot in her home, without pain, for the first time in years. This stuff is worth trying if you have nerve pain. Get a bottle, take it for a few months, see if you don't feel better and/or if you don't miss it when you stop taking it. I love GIVOL products as they are truly allergen friendly and taking them is super quick and easy. If you have chronic challenges with your digestion - celiac disease, IBS, and/or a long list of foods you can't happily digest - there's a fairly good chance you have a Vitamin B12 deficiency as a result of these digestive problems. I don't enjoy taking supplements, can't tolerate multivitamins and many other supplements, and have only been able to stick with consistent daily use of a supplement with one product. This is that product!

Excellent product! I have purchased this for myself as well as my father. Not only is it a high quality B12 but the packaging is beautiful. I had a little issue with the sprayer on one of the bottles and the company promptly mailed me a new sprayer. Superb customer service!!!

This is a very easy to use supplement which lasts a long time if you follow directions. There is no offensive taste, you get your B12 to enhance your health and keep you feeling good.

Every bottle I have received (four so far) end up with the spray mechanism sticking and this bright pink liquid gets on counter, clothes, etc. Has a pretty sweet taste but I usually drink water right afterwards so not a big deal but I really wish they would fix the spray mechanism.
