I didn’t feel no difference, however my mother did…I guess depends on the person.

Good for the treatment of pain due to mild inflammation processes (arthritis for example), but in case of chronic arthritis you should look for other alternatives.

After taking it till the bottle was empty, I can’t tell the difference with or without it. My conclusion is, at least for me, a waster of money.
