Can you wear them in the water?

Yes you can wear them in the water. I’ve used them to lake swim and they are very good shoes

are these water proof? do your feet still get wet?

Yes they are good not waterproof as the have drainage holes in them but makes walking on pool tiles more comfortable and can wear in pools as well

Will they protect your feet from sea urchin stings?

Sorry I don’t know as I only use them during my aqua class

If you are between sizes always cater for the larger foot. No one has both feet the same size but you don't want your toes cramping in shoes too small.
