We had to repair our broken away pop-up and I had one of these in the drawer for replacement. It worked so well I wanted to have 2 extra ones back in my drawer for future replacements, since our 2 older Pfister faucets are still pretty good quality. You never know these days, if you can even find the fitting thing again, when you need it. Older people do not like that. So I was happy that you still sold them. Thank you.

No complaints about this assembly. The plastic rings seem superfluous. The nut and ball work fine on their own and there is no water leaking. Best of all, the clips fit the rod. When you buy a rod without clips, there's no guarantee the diameter of the rod you buy will fit the clips on your existing assembly...

This worked for my Moen 4600 faucet. Thanks for the previous review by someone. I read that review and then I purchased one at Amazon for my Moen 4600 faucet. It really worked for the Moen 4600 faucet. But I had to reuse the retaining nut as the new retaining nut came with this pop-up center rod assembly would not fit. So, if you are going to buy this pop-up center rod assembly, don't throw away the old parts and you may need them to put the new one on. The pivot ball and the pivot rod are a little bigger than the original one. But they still fits well on it. I used all the parts from the new one except the retaining nut.

This is the first time I have ever had to order a pop-up center rod to replace my old one, so I assumed a simple item like this was standardized across different companies. This particular product does not have any dimensions to describe what I would be receiving. The ball for this center rod assembly ended up being too big. In situations like this, NO INFORMATION is just as bad as MISINFORMATION! I guess I'll be scouring the internet for information on the ball sizes for these things. I shouldn't have to do that for something this simple. The manufacturer, who we pay for these products, needs to stop being lazy and add information such as dimensions to their products if they aren't standardized.

the packaging and the item itself don't have any description of the size of any of the pieces. this piece didn't fit my sink. i have no idea how to verify ahead of time whether a pop-up rod assembly is going to be the right size. any dimensions on the packaging at all would be really nice.

The description says for Price Pfister and others. This worked for my Moen 4600 faucet after the original one snapped off. Home Depot and Lowe's did not have the proper rod assembly in their stores by me. These assemblies are not all once size fits all. Thankfully this store did. It takes all of about a couple minutes to remove the old one and install this new one. It is something you can easily do on your own.

The ball is too large for the Moen , can not get retainer on. The retainer that comes with the unit thread size is too large. Totally unusable with my Moen which requires a 5/8 inch ball.
