I have received my first ever supply of your eye serum and I am amazed. I have never tried Serums before and chose yours because of it's natural credentials and being Vegan!! The product is beautiful. It is beautifully packaged and it feels a good quality product, I am loving the bamboo container, knowing they are hand crafted makes it feel special!! The product itself feels beautiful, rich but not oily or greasy, no perfume or smell at all, which is great. So easy to apply and my lashes didn't feel claggy or heavy after. I don't know if I am meant to but, I used it on my eyebrows as well!! Even after the first few applications, my lashes look more noticeable and lengthened. The lashes absorbed the serum so easily, especially on my eyebrows, so they obviously needed the conditioner and oils in the product. I am looking forward to continuing using this product, just to see what happens!! And with the amount of serum in the container, it is going to last a while. It is good to know that there is a 12 month usage on it, although I know it won't last that long, if I am using it everyday, so I am looking forward to using this over the next three months, and excited to see the difference it makes. So please expect future orders of this from me. I have never heard of your company before, but I am already glad that I took a punt in purchasing this. I cannot get over how affordable it is, amazing, considering the ingredients in it and how luxuriant it feels. I would have expected it to be at least two or three times the £24.00 that I paid. I am very interested to see if you do any other products and would be interested in trying them!! So, Thank you very much for producing such a product, that feels wonderful, peps my lashes and eyebrows up so much, and that is so affordable and environmentally friendly, (the bamboo container is so touchable and tactile, I keep picking it up and holding it!!) Ticketyboo thanks! I’ve used other lash serums before to no success - but, as I use Poppy Austin Retinol Cream (Jumbo size - which is brilliant on my skin. And the value for money is an added bonus. The creme de la creme is the comments I’ve had about how well my skin looks and I have no hesitation in telling them it’s Poppy Austin Retinol Cream 2.5% - with REAL Retinol and not just the ‘kid on stuff’......) anyway, back on track, BECAUSE of the great moisturiser, I trusted the name and bought the Poppy Austin lash serum - it’s awesome. And GENUINELY DOES WORK!!! I have long lashes that WERE sparse but they are lovely and lush now. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes either and I love how it coats each lash from top to bottom thanks to the mascara wand style applicator. I apply a thin coat morning and night. And even under my mascara. Which makes the mascara come off easier too - a wee tip. The bamboo presentation bottle is lush. I will absolutely take advantage of the free refil once I finish my existing bottle - if I ever finish it. No need to pump the wand in and out of the bottle - that just introduces air into the bottle and will dry the serum out, same as it does with mascara. I simply unscrew it and swivel the wand around the bottle, withdraw & apply 👌🏻. Love love love 💖

I purchased this eyelash serum recently and have noticed my eyelashes feel really soft and well conditioned. I think they have thickened slightly after a few days and the gentle formula has meant I haven't experienced any irritation even though my eyes and skin are very sensitive. I love the packaging, it feels really classy and the bamboo bottle looks lovely on my dressing table. I am also really happy it is natural and cruelty free and will definitely repurchase. I am looking at other products in the range now as I have been so impressed with the eyelash serum.

I have such stumpy and thin lashes and I've always admired people's "natural" lashes following use of eye serum products. I just couldn't justify the prices in case they didn't work. I'm not a fan of false lashes unless for a special event, even then, I try to avoid them. This is my first eye serum and have been using it for 3 weeks.​ I have very sensitive and dry eyes and rarely wear eye makeup for this reason.​ There was no irritation and showed steady progress, even after 2 weeks. ​ Not only were they longer, they appeared healthier and thicker. It's so nice to have proper lower lashes.​ I love that it is applied through the whole lash, a bit like a ritual of putting on makeup rather than it being a boring skin routine!! Overall, I'm over the moon with the results!!​ I'm not sure how long it will last for, but would definitely continue to maintain them once I'm happy with the length. I'm putting in makeup items for a bridesmaid only uses natural and cruelty free products so would keep this in mind when getting her bridesmaid's goody bag together. The picture is at 3 weeks.​ It's so much thicker and my whole upper lid line looks darker, like there is eyeliner on it!! Just be aware some serums you can't use if pregnant and may change blue eyes to brown. Please check instructions for ingredients of any products used for or around the eyes.
