I always read reviews before purchasing anything and rarely write them myself unless I'm really pleased with item. I will definitely order from this seller again! The wood is so well seasons that comes on within a secs of putting it on the wood burner and I've noticed that one log take at least 1.5h or just under 2h to burn.

Ordered from Logpile previously and although they aren’t cheap they are worth the money as they light no problem every single time. Had so much hassle trying to find properly seasoned wood locally just gave up. How some of these companies stay in business amazes me but I’m guessing a log burner gets hotter than an open fire and enables you to burn damp logs. Good mixture of sizes too

Having recently moved into a very old and draughty house I have become something of a log hunter/critic. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with this delivery. Firstly I had a good mix of logs. Some thinner pieces with bark that could be peeled away were excellent for getting the fire started. I loved that I was given some free kindling and I had no trouble at all getting it going- see first picture. I normally get a mix of soft and hard wood from a different source and use the soft wood to get the fire started (soft wood not that great though as it spits). I was thrilled that I was able to get this going so easily without the soft wood. I can only presume it was because the logs were so nice and dry. You can also see from my second picture that once going, it burned beautifully and not too quickly. I would purchase again without a doubt and highly recommend.

So they're logs - what's to say? Not a great deal, but I was pleased nonetheless, because: So easy to order Arrived very neatly and tightly packed They are very dry indeed - moisture meeter averaging about 4% Hence they burn well and cleanly Good even - goldilocks - sizes: not too small; not too big. Will order again and in greater quantity for better value.

My logs arrived in a good timely manner. Prime delivery. I have opened the box and have to say, I am very surprised with the size and quality. I had thought they might be rubbish. I haven't actually burnt any as yet. I will update or write a further review when I have. To any potential customers, these appear to be fantastic 👌

Didn’t burn. Have been sat in doors for a while so should light up easy. Just went black and didn’t get going. I do lots of fires so disappointing for them not to light.

They are good size pieces which is nice for a long steady burn. The downside to these logs sadly is the smoke. I don’t know if I had a bad batch, but it the smell can become overwhelming.
