I bought these to match my existing coffee cup because the picture was pretty much identical - maybe the handle is a little different, it's hard to let without them side by side. What arrived was nothing like the illustration, except being glass and double walled. The product as delivered was conical, with a wide flat base instead of curving in to a narrower base, held less coffee, and it felt extremely cheap and uncomfortable in the hand. Returned for a full refund.

The cup itself is great! The only problem is that water can get into the thermal wall, and doesn't come out so water could stay there almost forever.
