Lots of Seeds and an Update
Update: I planted these seeds in 4" pots and, after watering, I covered them with plastic wrap to keep in the moisture until they germinated. And germinate they did!!!I planted extra because of reviews stating poor germination. Not the case. I probably had 95% germination. I am giving plants away and I have tons of seeds left. The plants I kept are happily growing in my garden and the leaves are delicious.Papalo will be a garden staple for me.I highly recommend this herb!**** Original review below ****It isn't time for tender plants yet but these seeds came quickly and I'm super excited to plant them. They will, hopefully, replace cilantro for me because cilantro just will not grow here.I'll let you know if I have any problems with germination but these seeds are fresh and smell really good. And, there are a lot of seeds. Yay!I hope this was helpful.

What I got was not seed.
I have grown papalo for many years. Every year it is hard to find seed. I gave these a try. What I received were not seeds but fluff from unmatured seed pods. I thought well I doubt this will do anything but will plants to see. Ya nothing. Seeds from papalo are long and narrow typically a little over an inch.

Grew better than expected
These seeds were very easy to grow. They ended up being over 6 feet tall. Loved them so much we have ordered them again for this year. They’re expensive, but worth it.

Sprouted
There were quite a few seeds and they look like the wikipedia images, so I think I received the right seed. I didn't count them, but am satisfied with how many were in the package. Planted 20 and a few have germinated. I knew it was low germination when purchasing, some seeds are like that. Haven't tasted yet, looking forward to something that can withstand summer temps.

Only about 30 seeds
Package only had about 30 seeds.Apparently papalo seeds are known for germination problems, but the 10 seeds that I planted made 3 beautiful plants.

Thick and full papalo
Loved these seeds! We live in Indiana and planted later than we should have in May. They grew rather quickly and grew to 6 feet if not a bit taller! The papalo leaves were full and thick. I'll post a picture if I find one but these were honestly exceptional!!
