great value for the money
This flour is amazing. One of the best multi use gluten free flours out there. I use it to make biscuits, gravy, cakes, muffins, .....The texture is nice. It maked things not near as dense as most gluten free flours. With a little 'tweaking' they can be light and fluffy. If you are using GF flours you know the consistency is not the same as glutenated flours. The taste is good. The family doesnt call them the 'hocky pucks' anymore and now calls them biscuits and loads them up with butter and honey. I cant complain about the cost considering most gf products are so dang expensive. Honestly I feel its a good value for the money spent considering what you can do with it.

High quality, easy to work with, worth buying! I have used this for muffins for many years and you not only cannot taste the difference but it is actually better than regular flour! I recently just used it to make gravy after using Wondra for decades and it came out great!

Bob's Redmill Gluten Free Flour
Bob's Redmill gluten free flour works very well when a recipe calls for more than one kind of flour. Bob's has everything in it that you will need. I've tried it for muffins and cookies and the texture and taste were perfect each time.

quit whining!
Product is just fine. Dont be scared off by people who give bad reviews because they can't read. Reviewers state its not the 1 to 1 flour or it doesn't taste like 1 to 1 or they changed the product, on and on crying. Well guess what folks, its NOT the 1 to 1. Read the ingredients. The main flour is garbanzo bean(chickpea), not rice. Some people do not like the texture of garbanzo bean flour or pasta. It doesn't hold together as well, but taste fine. You can still buy Bobs 1 to 1 with rice flour.

Definitely not the same as it used to be!
I don’t know what has changed with this flour. It used to be the only gluten free flour I had success with. However, EVERY thing I baked this Christmas was a total flop and was ruined. Nothing held together & my cookies & cakes were extremely dry & grainy. I always bake gifts at the holidays and I ended up throwing all of my hard work away. VERY frustrating to pay the price for this flour, all of the other ingredients & go to all of the time & energy to bake only to have it all be a total waste of time & money.
