Battery is less than a year old and now won't take a chaarge.

Junk. Had a dead cell when I got it

I guess the Energizer Bunny has left the building Less than a year old, 500 Miles and 3 rides and it won't take or hold a charge. I guess sticking with a Harley Davidson factory battery is the best bet. Even on a tender went tits up...

Just as mentioned by others, The positive terminal was bent I managed to get it mostly straightened out and fitted the nut inside ok carefully and yes it comes with two short or two long bolts, I'm glad I'm not going side terminal because I can't imagine squeezing the spacers in without breaking the terminal. In addition as also mentioned the battery was low on charge, I connected the recommended 2 amp charger I got a cobra from Ross for $10 bucks and it was charged after 3 hours. I'm going to blame poor packaging for the bent terminal and guessing shelf life storage for the low voltage. . After installing the bike turned over really quick. I Will come back later and update as to any drain issues. Other than that so far I'm not too disappointed since the other post's had me expecting these issues. I'm still holding out hopes that I did better then going to Harley and lumping out a lot of cash.

This battery was exactly what I needed. I have a 2008 Harley Ultra Classic and this battery was perfect. Tried to go to local stores which has horrible customer service and selection. This was great.

This is a trash battery. Purchased on March 3rd and it crapped out on me today on my Harley try to travel. Not my charging system not my regulator. The battery is faulty. Left me stranded and purchased a jumper box that got it started but current wouldn’t flow through the battery. After hitch hiking for 2 hours purchased a new battery and bike fired right up and charging system working just fine. That was 5 hours ago and still showing great volts as I type this at a rest stop. Might I add the return window was April 2nd. APRIL 2!!!!!! One month is what the warranty gets me ?! Crap service Amazon. Never buying a battery from Amazon again. ZERO STARS

Battery arrived damaged and I have been given the runaround since purchase on replacement or refund. Amazon says hazardous material and no return. Energizer indicates it’s managed by Clarios…. After many emails and no refund they indicate it is Amazon to provide a return. Ahhhhhhh
