Rebecca Minkoff mini cupid is one of my favorite purse styles. However, the first one I received has some unknown white paint on the hardwares and parts of the bag. I managed to clean the paint off the hardware but the paint on the leather remained. Also the rose gold paint on some round studs is peeling off. So I request a replacement and it came fast. However, the handle hardware of the replaced one has many many scratches. It looks like someone has used it before. Besides the scratches other parts are good.I ordered a mini cupid last year in the color plum and it was perfect. I don't know if anything went wrong with this batch...I am really disappointed. I really doubt this batch of white/rose gold mini cupids are refurbished even though the customer service specialists assured me they aren't. Since I will lose some certificate credits if returned, I only have the option of exchange AGAIN. Fingers crossed I will receive a better one...
