Unable to vouch for the effectiveness of the product when correctly manufactured, as it arrived with the strap separate from the support. No evidence that the two had ever been attached, so for a few days tried to use it by threading the strap through the buckle only. It was just about wearable, but obviously uncomfortable. Unable to return it or get a refund because it’s now in a used condition
