Bought these during Covid since restaurants didn't put out salt shakers. Worked perfectly.

Wanted it for travelingSalt content:Rock SaltEase of use:It didn't come with instructions on how to get it open and there isn't a way to adjust the grind, It's a bit hard to twist, but it does work great. I think I had too much salt in it at first.

Cheap garbage. Filled the pepper up, the grinder worked ok. Put some pink Hawaiian salt in the other, gave it a turn only for the plastic underneath the lid to snap, rendering it unable to turn the grinder. Threw them both in the trash and ordered a proper set. Don’t bother unless you fill with fine table salt and use as a shaker.

Super cute, hard to fill, broke after about 6 uses, they were for our camper so they were not used very much. Just think of them as disposable then you won’t be upset when they break.

I take my lunch to work often, mostly salads, these are perfect for my lunch tote... no more packaged, Iodized salt...now I can always have freshly ground sea salt, and pepper. They are nice and small,and fit in the side pocket of my lunch tote.

Perfect size for picnic or tailgate basket. Could even use them on a dining table. They’re cute too.

If you plan to use this set to grind coarse salt, be wary. I purchased this set only a few months ago, and maybe used it 10 times total. Already, the tabs used to turn the grinding mechanism have broken. I do like the grind the pepper gets from this set, but I purchased the set as it was advertised to handle grinding salt as well.Another drawback, at least for me, a person with aging fingers and grip strength, is the ease of turning the top. My larger-sized hands have a hard time holding onto the small cap and grinder body. Yes, I picked this set because of its smaller size, but didn't expect the turning mechanism to be so stiff.I think it could be a great product, but some obvious downsides make me leery to recommend it.
