Well written, informative and well researched. Practical and easy to follow. Illustrations are good. The book has good educational value and is handy as a textbook.

Excellent construction book with numerous detailed sketches

I bought this book to understand some of the terminology, due to commencing a new-build & needing to understand contents of detailed supplier quotations. Very helpful with lots of diagrams.

This is the best book you can buy if you’re doing a construction related degree or even work in a construction related job. The detail of information is phenomenal, and includes almost every topic you can imagine.

Great book, alot of information in it, would of liked some more information on commercial buildings. No regrets buying this book

Full of very good information, but showing it's age. Metric usage might as well be... metric to me.

I expected a big volume book with more topics.
