Is it good for cutting fish and Poultry?

These are the best Scissors I have ever had, stay sharp and cut through just about anything. As far as poultry, they do have a tendency to surface rust if not dried off.

Do these arrive pre-oiled in the box? Are they stainless steel?

They are in a box, they are not stainless steel

Do you know how I could get these repaired? They got bent- my fault.

HiDull can be sharpened but bent is hard to fix.
