Excellent build quality
Not much to say about this, it's a JT sprocket. It is well made, durable, and nice looking. It'll last for a very long time with a well-maintained chain. No issues to speak of, would highly recommend. 2009 Kawasaki KLR 650 (2nd gen)

Doea not fit Verys 650
This does not fit a Versys KLE 650. Amazon has part numbers transposed in their database. Instead order JTR478.## (## = number of teeth) Otherwise product is of good quality. I've used JT sprockets in the past with good results.

Do not get. Excessive wear quickly
Bought with new chain and sprocket. Wore out to the point I could not back the bike up without it catching within 500 miles. Trord contacting manufacturer and they wanted me to send it to Georgia out of my pocket to inspect it. Do not get this it will wear even if everything is new and within spec quickly.

Short Miles on My KLR 650
Wondering Why: Bought in 2014 for my KLR 650, and installed with new o-ring DID chain. I have put on only 3000 miles since then (5.2019 as I have other motorcycle to ride too). I noticed enough wear on this back sprocket to purchased my next set with new chain for my next change. I might go another 1000 miles before next chain & sprocket maintenance replacement. I ride street and dirt, and did 8000 mile on my previous chain & sprocket set. I do all my own wrenching and maintenance for durability and dependability. I will pay more attention to my chain lube habits, which could also be a factor. In forums, I've read stock Kawisaki sprockets and Sunstar - 1045 high-carbon steel sprockets have reputation for lasting the most miles.
