I have been feeding my cockatiels this food for quite some time. They love it and don't reject it or throw it out of the dish like some other foods. It always smells fresh and fruity. This food has a great variety of ingredients and is a good value for the money.

The cockatiel eats it, so I like it! It doesn't have many of the ingredients she doesn't like and won't eat.

This has no filler junk in it. No added chemicals on it. Just seeds. No sunflower seeds which is perfect. Sunflower seeds are a treat, NOT a meal. Seeds in general should only be used a treats not meals anyways. So this seed is perfect to hide in your parrots enrichment toys / foraging trays. As a long time parrot owner, I highly recommend Volkman's seeds for your birds treats!

Great stuff. The Cockatiels love it. I mix it in with my pellet to give them a healthy diet.

Our Quaker loves this seed mix! His favorite thing to do is pick out the safflower seeds first, and then he digs into the rest of the seeds. We give him this seed mix along with pellets and chop for a healthy balanced diet that his vet recommends.

My cockatiel hates sunflower seeds and big cereal chunks in his mix. He throws them on the bottom of his bird palace, and onto the floor around the bird palace. When I opened this mix, a pleasant fresh, fruity odor came from the seeds ... bird loves this mix, and bonus, nothing gets rejected onto the floor! Recommended!
