HHT OEM Quadrafire, Heatilator & Heat N Glo Control Box (HTI-13-007) - Original OEM Part

Easy to install. I changed 1 wire at a time.Saved a lot off list price and labor costs.

The fireplace Heat & Glo Escape 42DV is 10 years old and was sparking but not turning on immediately. I'd press the multi function WSK-MLT start button multiple times to get it to start. Once it started, it would stay lit for a while and then go off after 30 minutes or so. The thermostat function was not working correctly either. If I did have the thermostat turned on, it would turn off after 30 minutes or so but would never turn on again. Since I had replaced the multi function wall switch and the pilot assembly (and controller) in the recent past, I figured the only thing left to replace was the big (main) control module. I searched high and low to get an exact OEM part and this one matched up exactly. And, it fixed the issue. The fireplace is now working as expected. It was a bit of a pain to swap out. It was a small space in which to navigate and required care in connecting it up exactly as the old one. It didn't work at first, but then we noticed that while replacing the wires, the yellow pilot wire came loose from the pilot. We connected that back up....and that cinched it. So, the lesson here is to make sure to carefully replace all wiring just as it was previously. We did have an issue with the first control module we received not powering up so we returned the first one for a replacement. The return and replacement process went very smoothly so overall, I am happy with the product and the vendor. And thrilled, my fireplace is working beautifully again.

I have a Heat N Glo Escape gas fireplace. The control module stopped working; this replacement was a direct plug and play. All the wires were labeled and straightforward to connect.

Easy to install

My original melted after a failed thermostatic control failed. First one of these supplied had Intermittent short which made it a frustrating challenge to actually trouble shoot the additional system failures, thermostat switch & also the wall thermostat! Glad return was easy! Eventually got everything figured out & fixed on my own. Not cheap but better than paying dealer pro to come!!!

As advertised. I had a contractor give me an estimate to fix. His quote was $420. I ordered this for less than half the price, one hour later, working like new. Simple instructions with color coded wires. Very easy to install

I installed this control box, and it worked as expected for one day or so. Not long after installation the switch on the control box broke off after very gentle use. I will be looking to make an exchange to try again.
