Modern-day American-made brands, please start taking better notes on how to make a better razor!
Whenever you buy any brand of razors, remember this one impotence fact!... The quality of a shave, and the quality of your razor both equally matter the most!... You want a blade that is durable and sharp; and both factors matter in the end to how your shaving quality will be. Obviously, you should still use a good shaving cream/gel/soap before you shave; thats a given fact we already know. However, if your shaving razor blade is not thick enough and is too thin; or if it's not sharp enough, too flimsy, not durable enough, is causing painful skin irritation, or if it's just pulling hairs over actually shaving them—it's a garbage razor!... If your razor does that, DON'T USE IT! Affordability is important, yes, but so is your personal health and safety with a shave. A good shave is supposed to shave off any hairs you don't want on you—not cause scarring, rashes, or ingrown hairs. If you have a shaving razor that is causing any those issues to you, STOP USING IT! Throw it away in the garbage right now! Razors of that grade will not help you, and they are just gonna do more damage than help you! I'm sorry, but as someone who usually supports a lot of American brands, this brand blow the majority of modern brands away. I used to use american brands, but sadly to say—there have been certain american-based brands that have been causing too many ingrown hairs... And in the end, that isn't shaving, and it's not helping your skin! These are honestly some of the best built and best designed afforable single blade safety razors to use. This works absolutely fantastic for my skin, especially as someone with coarse and thicker hair and sensitive skin such as myself. On top of this, absolutely worth the money, and they actually last much better. I'm definitely gonna buy this brand here on out!

These blades give you a close and as good or better than the multi blade disposable blades.
These blades by far the best I have used. I switched to a safety razor years ago and have a machined aluminum razor that grips the blade with a wide flat face. I purchased another brand of blades that worked but were inconsistent. After using the previous 100 blades I did cyber Monday deal for these blades. They are very sharp and make getting a close nick free shave. I will be buying them again when I use these up. Well worth the asking price and way cheaper than those multi blade disposable ones.

Great shave and GREAT savings!
i ordered these blades 5 years ago and just re ordered them again. it was 5 years ago that i decided to save some money and reduce plastic waste. there is a learning curve with these super sharp blades. plus, your actual razor DOES make a difference. get a decent quality one. i still have a cheap plastic razor on hand for those hard to reach, tricky places like ears and under the nose. but i've saved TONS of money going this route and i feel better about my plastic waste. MAKE the SWITCH. you'll be glad you did.

Good everyday blades
I’ve been DE wet shaving for about 10 years, and I have used numerous blades and razors. My current setup has been a Viking Chieftan rose gold short handle with Feather blades for about 1 year. Before that it was my grandfathers Gillette adjustable, and before that a few different Merkur razors. . I alternately use Trumper Coconut shave cream, Ogallala Bay rum, or soap that I make. I was excited to try these blades, and the first one I used was... dull. It pulled a 2-day growth so badly that I had to stop. I switched to a Feather blade and it was much smoother. I threw the whole box away. I’ve since tried 5 more blades from 2 different boxes, all for 5 or 6 days, and 4 were sharp - not quite as sharp as a Feather blade, but close. By day 4 I could feel a little difference, but tolerable. The other blade was dull and I had to switch it out right after I started. I’m pretty happy with these blades. The quality is, in general, good. Quality control needs a little work. One thing I REALLY like is the individual blade wrapping. Each blade is in a wax paper holder, inside of a stiffer paper holder. No wax to hold them to the wrapper. If you’ve ever cut yourself on a blade trying to pull it from a little-too-much wax, you’ll appreciate this touch. I will buy more of them. They are cheaper than Feather brand by 20-30%, and pretty close in sharpness. I can accept a dull blade once in a while. I hope quality control gets better

Great blade!
Great blade. Enjoy these over disposables. Sharpness lasts a good 2 months for me before I need to replace it. They provide a nice close shave.

These blades are not sharp.
First off, the blades are wrapped inside a piece of paper that is inside an envelope so they have at least one more layer of packaging than needed. None of this matters though. These are not sharp at all. I have never used a razor blade that shaves as poorly as these. Do not recommend. Of note, I have been using them in a safety razor, they might be better in a shavette but i doubt it (as they are dull and poorly made). Update, Viking did send me a refund, which shows that they want to be a good company and I do appreciate this.
