Neem Aura Naturals Outdoor Citronella Sticks, 10 Count

This really works! My husband seems to be a mosquito attractant. I bought this brand because we had purchased a similar product years ago and the fragrance and quality was great. This is a slightly different product--the "incense" sticks are actually little rolls--but the quality is the same. They last a nice long time and are easy to light.Someone mentioned that the holder was flimsy. I didn't find that so. In fact, I left one on the porch and the puppy picked it up and it didn't even dent. I actually expected to have to open another package to retrieve a new holder, but not so. They are "bendy" but who cares? They work and come with the product.I bought four packages and will be buying more because I don't want to run out!

This product works well in a small space. In a larger space you definitely need to burn more. The smell is also decent compared to other brands. My clothes absorb the scent when burning which I don’t love. These are also very thick! I would prefer them to be thinner like incense sticks but they look like small cigars. The little aluminum holder didn’t hold it in place either- I had to place the stick in a bowl.

So I have a terminal Autoimmune Disease therefore if I get mosquito bites I get very ill bcuz my immune system doesn't defend against their saliva left behind.It's July & I have already been medically treated due to bites. (6days of miserable treatments)ANYWAYS, I have tried SO many repellents ALL those sold in stores, all the brands etc. DOESN'T HELP, we have 7 large tiki torches in our backyard plus our citrinila candles STILL GET ATTACKED!BUT THEN SOMEONE GAVE ME THESE TO TRY... AND OMG I WAS AMAZED!!!!I literally put one directly under my deck chair and one on the table & they work!

Everyone said there is no way to keep the No-See-Ums away. This product does a good job repelling these critters, but it only lasts about an hour.

What else to say? The just did not help at all

Found this incense at a local pharmacy, and bought them to try on our deck during mosquito season. The incense does keep the bugs away and smells nice. Took some to the Outer Banks for a family vacation, and a lot of family members wanted to know where I got it. The local store no longer sells it, so I found it on Amazon and plan to give as gifts.

These sticks contain very little Citronella and don't work. They are 91% sawdust according to the packaging and that's what they smell like - burning sawdust. And they are non returnable! My last photo shows the old package I had which says sticks but also "incense". These we're long, two hour burning incense sticks that put out lots of fragrant and highly effective Citronella and other essential oil smoke that was highly effective in keeping insects away . I thought I was purchasing the same product since the packaging is so similar but buyer Beware. The product now being sold on Amazon are not incense sticks. They are fat hollow tubes of sawdust that put out a low level of smoke that has no repelling fragrance. They smell like a burning stick of sawdust. Also they come with a useless "stand" that is not narrow enough to put the hollow tip of the chubby stick on and would be too flimsy to hold such a heavy stick. The final complaint is they are completely non returnable. I always buy prime for this reason but since I thought I was buying the same product as before in the form of a very effective incense, I thought it was a safe bet to buy without Prime reurn policy protection. We loved the very effective and lovely smelling Citronella incense from NeenAura Naturals but these unreturnable chubby sticks of sawdust are a complete bust.

The metal holder is a pain the booty. But it keeps away the winged devil's spawn.
