These insoles are an excellent addition for anyone looking to upgrade their shoes with added comfort and support. True to shoe size, soft and comfy. Value for money.

These insoles are easy to fit and comfortable, they come straight out of the packet ready to fit into the shoe or trainer, personally I use them in my safety shoes. They are soft and nice to stand on, good value for money, would buy again.

The product is good quality, very comfortable and fitted in side the shoe well. The reason I brought them, was my trainers are slightly too big, and I thought these would solve the issue. Unfortunately, they are quite thick which resulted in making the trainers tight.If you need extra padding under your feet, these would be good, just didn’t work for me.

I had a pair of lovely shoes which unfortunately were far too big. I tried two different brand of heel grips, and they didn't work. Last chance then, a pair of insoles.These are great and fill up the extra space and my shoes actually fit me now and don't fall off or rub my heels!The insoles are very comfortable, although I had to trim a few millimetres off one of them - but that was because the shoes were not quite identical in size. Or maybe it's my feet! The underneath blue side seems to have a grip so they don't slide about inside your shoes.However, the story ends well. These are great and I now have a pair of best shoes again, which fit wonderfully and are very comfortable.

The inner sole of my favourite books had totally worn away, and they became very uncomfortable to walk in, so I wanted some really comfy soles to give them a bit of an upgrade! These are definitely soft and spongey to walk in!The only gripe I have, is a bit of a catch 22 - on the one hand, it's good they are thick and spongey as that makes them comfortable, but on the other hand when worn in boots, there is effectively less room for your foot as it is being compressed too tight from the top and bottom, which did cause me some pain after a lot of walking.For looser fitting shoes or if being warn for short amounts of time they are probably going to be great, but for long hours with tight shoes, the reduction in space inside the shoe is something that is helpful to be prepared for.I hope this review helps!
