Go buy it!
Does everything well, and tastes pretty good in comparison to other protein bars/shakes. I normally add milk to protein powders to mask the taste, but there is no need with this.It also mixes well in a normal sports bottle (Without a mixing ball) which is a nice added bonus. In terms of the protein quantity/quality I dont have much evidence as I use it to prevent me hitting the wall after a hard session (As a cyclist). Although it does prevent that well and provides a nice hit of calories without being sugary and providing a temporary rush.I personally used 3 scoops at a time to make it last longer, with around 3-400ml water and it tasted fine still!

Great range of shakes for adding calories.
Before I start just note that the powder is great at what it does, adding over 500 calories per shake to your diet these shakes are not ment to taste good I have tried a number of flavours, they all taste disgusting. Usually I buy direct from Bulk powders website but this time it was cheaper on amazon with prime too!I went for Banana flavour and it is, like all the other flavours, rancid. Very artificial. Tried to mix with milk to thicken it up but was even worse, in the end I added a large scoop of peanut butter and it tastes good (plus adds an extra 180 calories)This stuff does not mix well with water or milk at all, you are guaranteed to get clumps if just using a shaker to mix it up. The wire ball in the shaker doesn't help.In a blender there is not such issue mixing it up I usually add two scoops blend it a little before adding the next two scoops and it blends fine. The scoops are massive so adding to 400ml of water you end up with over 500 ml shake so make sure your shaker is big enough. All in all, it's great for adding calories to your diet. Just blend it up and down it.I tend to go for the "MyProtein" brand gainer shakes as I feel they are superior to bulk powders range and taste better, (personal preference) that said bulk powders tends to be alot cheaper and it really does add the calories just as well as any product on the market.

Those saying it doesn't mix well - you're doing it WRONG.
I've been using this to supplement my awful appetite while trying to gain more muscle. In fact I've been using Bulk Powders for about a year with NO PROBLEMS.I read a lot of reviews from people bitching that it doesn't mix well and clumps - fact of the matter is (as with many powders) if you add the powder to the water, not the other way around it mixes brilliantly. Use a mini blender or a smoothie machine and it smooshes really well also.Yes, the flavours are a little bit off - but people - it's a SUPPLEMENT. If you want more flavour think of all the CRAP they'll have to put into it to make it taste bang on. I know i'd rather add a bit of PBJ or fruit than have god knows how many chemicals shoe horned into the powder.

Not Actually Good Value For Protein Quantity!!!
For £10 it seems like a deal, and the flavour is good and texture is thick - also mixes a lot better than standard Bulk whey protein.Catch: recommends 3-5 scoops per shake to get 30-35g of protein, compared to normal whey powder which is 1 scoop for 30g. For the same weight (1kg) this is around £4 cheaper, but has effectively 1/3 of the servings per package, therefore for protein it is worse value.'Mass gainer' is a bit of a myth so you are better off long term to get normal whey powder, Bulk brand is still good. Also this doesn't taste of Cookies it tastes of Oats and literally nothing else.

strawberry powder great stuff can actually taste the oats which is nice!
Tastes far better than some protein shakes I've had in the past! definitely best to down the shake if you can.I do think some people aren't blending it properly as I know what it's like to get huge lumps of the powder in your mouth.Best to use an electric blender and put it on for 20-30 secondsHaving 2 servings of these a day so adds 1000cal which really helps with my weight gain goal. Also purchased the bulk powders bottle which is also great. I have had issues in the past with different bottles where the lid isn't very secure but I have no issues with the bulk powders bottle.Definitely going to order some more some from you guys in future!!

Lumpy and grainy to drink
Tried this for the first time, it really doesn't mix well with a shaker ball, resorted to blending to get rid of lumps but after all that tastes watery and leaves a grainy residue in your mouth after, waste of money

Strawberry flavour tastes really good
In the past I’ve bought chocolate, banana, and now the strawberry. I don’t ever see myself returning to the chocolate or banana. They tasted ok at first, but the flavour just got to me after a week or so to the point where I was dreading the next shake. However, this strawberry flavour is brilliant. Tastes like a McDonald’s strawberry milkshake to give you some idea of the level of strawberriness we’re talking about. As another reviewer has mentioned on here, I have half the recommended dosage (67.5g) with 400ml of whole milk, twice per day. It mixes completely after 30 seconds of shaking. Each serving is 469kcal of QUALITY nutrition. It really helps me hit my kcal goal for the day.

Love everything but the taste
I'm a pretty skinny guy so when I read that a drink contains over 500 cal and 40g protien I'm definitely going to give it a go.Since I went with the chocolate cookies flavour the flavouring is almost OK. If you're looking for a powder that tastes good, it's going to be a hard no to this. They aced the chocolate part, just the poor flavouring of the 'cookies' taste.Using only a Spoon and shaking the bottle, I found that the powder didn't mix too well, often having lumps. However, if you've got something more appropriate for mixing, I'd guess it would mix somewhat well.
