It comes with its own pulsator.

How do you sterilize the tubing in between milking?

I run diluted bleach water followed by clean water to rinse through the tubes and hang to air dry.

Can I purchase one machine that works for both cows and goats?

you might need to order one more teat cup for different species because the nipple size is different between cow and goat thank you.

Do you have Nigerian goat teet cups? I ordered this and it fits one goat but the other may need smaller claws. Love the machine so far!

Some of our customers write reviews that they use the machine to milk Nigerian goats. Maybe you can try to put on the teat cup to the top of the udder and see whether it will work.
