Great to mix with other hot peppers to make some spicy sauces.

Great peppers for flavor, with low heat. I've found that the best way to cook with them is to toast them dry in a hot pan, then remove the stems and seeds, and then pulverize them in a mortar and pestle. It really helps break them down. Then, I soak them for a bit before using a food processor to fully paste them.You can try soaking them without the toasting portion, but I found that they get a little leathery and don't want to turn into paste as easily.

Excellent quality chilis and so convenient because I don’t have stores near me that would sell these. It’s a large pack so you will have plenty of chilis to last several recipes.

There's nothing better than fresh chili paste. I could buy it in any supermarket in the middle east, but it's completely unavailable in the U.S. Making my own is a bit of a chore, but it does the job.

I made a big recipe of chili crisp using these chilis, and it was so hot it was almost inedible! I tried a chili by itself out of the bag, and had the same experience. I like hot food, and have good tolerance for it. I don't know what happened, but I was surprised at the heat. Could there have been a mix-up at the packaging facility? I would have returned these if I could have. I'm sure others have had good experience with these, but I wonder if anyone else encountered the heat?
