I’ve had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders that can cause killer headaches for years. Depending on the activities I’m doing- even working at a screen too long- the massage and stretching just don’t help. Laying on this for 10 minutes does help, particularly with headaches. Note that it will be painful at first. I’d suggest to wear something thin the first time then work towards doing it on bare skin. I haven’t had any issues with the mat breaking skin, but it will leave its mark right after. The only reason I took off one star is because as shown in my photo, there is a gap between the pillow contact and the mat contact. Overall there may be cheaper options but this one I trust and it is of good quality. It is a good option for those of us struggling with the usual treatment. For reference I am 5’9” and the mat extends to my tailbone.

I am 52 and work in a fab shop. I lift heavey metal assemblies and my back gets alot of use daily, which means being sore. Also my glutes the same. I bought this to help easy the soreness and help to relax these muscles after work. I hve been using this matt and pillow for several weeks now and it works. I am more than pleased with the relief I get from this. No joke 15-20 minutes and it relaxes me some much I have at times fallen asleep on them. I cannot express How much I recommend this matt and pillow!

This mat was smaller than I had expected. It feels a little cheap compared to how much it costs. It came with some instructions on how to use it for different ailments. It feels interesting to lay on and is nice to try something new. All in all, for the price, I wasn't impressed. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd probably feel a little better about the product.

I love how this mat feels so comfortable & calming . It’s great for people who have back aches & want some relaxation from this . It feels great ! It takes so much pressure off my back & relaxes me every time that I use it thanks !:)

I bough this to get relief from nerve pinch in the back m, initially you’ll experience pain. But sustain that for Atleast 5-10 minutes after that continue as long you can, you’ll experience great relief. Try with bare back for best results. Without any T-shirt or shirt. First time try with something. But later once you become comfortable try without any shirt or t-shirt.
