I bought this and the Dorman kit to compare and ended up returning the Dorman part I paid 3x for. They diagram is very well built and way thicker than oem. I have no doubt that it will last longer than the original. It worked great. No leaks. I loved saving $20 and getting a better part.

The media could not be loaded. Like original diaphragm rubber, I did lightly grease rubber diaphragm to see how long it’ll last. Rubber usually cracks and leaks, last one purchased from auto parts store lasted 8 months. The grease should prevent rubber from heat and drying, working great so far.

This is my second experience with the PVC fix on VW cars. These are great alternative to OEM new parts.Fixed vacuum leaks on an 06 Jetta 2.5 and a 2012 2.0L TSI CC

The cap cracked putting it back on. Save your $10 and buy higher quality one.

Made a difference in my car and so far I haven't had any issues.
