It was good but recently size reduced for one pack
I was using this for my mother for about one year, and it was good. Recently I ordered 4 packs, and when I opened one pack, I saw the size is less than those I bought previously,, but the same size L was written on the packet. This is happened for that pack, other packs were of correct size.

Good but not best
For aged people who don't move while they sleep, it is Ok.If the person turn left of right while sleeping, chances of leakage, particularly after 2 times urination cannot be ruled out.

Used it for an adult stroke patient. Ad claims 10 hr protection but i noticed leak well before that.
