Fallen Angel Oracle Cards: Discover the art and wisdom of prediction with this insightful book and 72 cards

Needed updating for re-release
I enjoy the concept of this deck and the work that clearly went into preparing the meanings and associations with the cards. Each card has a element association, a planet association and most have an animal association - so they can be read and used in multiple ways. However, some cards have repeated key words. ‘Danger’ is the keyword of 5 of the cards, ‘Upheaval’ appears 4 times, and a total of 28 cards have some sort of repeated key word. Thats over a third of the deck (there’s 72 cards in total) that has repeated meanings. This isn’t necessarily an issue if you’re reading the cards and really deep diving into the fallen angel/demon on the card and who they are and what they represent. But if you’re reading these cards at surface level then I think this is a bit of an issue. That being said, I appreciate that there are 72 cards in this deck, which is huge for an oracle deck! The card-stock is quite thin but its easy to shuffle and fans out perfectly. The images on the cards are photographic and most are of tombstones, statues, graves or mausoleums. Some of the cards even have names on the tombstones, and one of those names just so happens to be my sons - so that was a huge shock and paralysed me for a second. Fortunately the meaning of the card is fairly positive, but still seeing that on a tombstone really shook me up for a good few minutes. For that reason alone I probably won’t be using this deck to read for other people which is a shame, because I got it for the sole purpose of doing shadow work readings for others. Also the author uses the excuse that there is no gender neutral pronoun and so uses ‘he’ in most cases (she in a few cards) even though angels and demons are genderless/androgynous. It would’ve been perfectly acceptable to just say ‘they’. Since this is the 2020 version of the now OOP 2011 deck this could’ve at least been changed since ‘they’ was added to the merriam-webster dictionary as a gender neutral pronoun in 2019. I only bring it up because they make a big deal out of excusing the use of ‘he’ for an entire chapter. Its just a bit unnecessary.

Beautiful cards, though could be better quality - some damaged corners
I am glad to have bought the Fallen Angels cards as I once owned the first edition. It feels so nostalgic to have them again!I like the box that they are presented in, and the book. The designs are lovely - good colours and graphics. One thing that could be improved upon, though, and for which I have removed a star - the card stock is a little thin. What I notice is that a few of the cards arrived snagged on the corners, which appeared to be due to the factory cutting process. This is disappointing, and makes me feel afraid while actually shuffling them (and I am not heavy handed either)I do hope that this will be considered, as I would like these cards to actually stand the test of time..

Stunning guidance tool
Honestly this deck is a stunning and powerful deck. The cards are beautiful and the card stock is nice. The box can feel a bit impractical with the cardboard inlay but that's no big deal.I didn't connect with this deck the first couple of times but by the third practice reading I got really clear guidance. I asked the deck how it wanted to be recueved which was totally different to my usual way of shuffling but once you connect with this deck I think it will bring you awesome things. However remember that this deck is demon energy, don't believe the hype that its an evil energy, its just more chaotic (cards were flying out the first reading in large numbers!) and they might not always bring messages you want to directly address but I think that makes them more powerful!Heres to hoping I build a relationship with this deck and am able to learn it well. Enjoy :)

I like them!
Don't know why there are bad reviews i like them. Dark & inviting yes there are a few repeated words on the cards but if you read the booklet you will find they each have different meanings. And if you pull out cards with the same word in a reading you can just say its a super important message or a super important warning that needs to be heard.i have used them with my tarot and oracle cards they have worked well with both so far and worked well also with my intuition and given positive messages as well as what would be deemed negative. I did feel uneasy when i first started using them but i think that's normal since fallen angels are associated with the one from hell. But i think as long as you put in your intention for use they can work well with a person intuitive thoughts and energy. I am keeping them they will become part of my tarot, oracle and charm readings i am pleased and would buy them again.

Not what I was expecting from buying it because of the title fallen angels.
Beautiful box, good booklet and good stock cards. Was disappointed that the deck was not the original fallen angels from the book of Enoch. No mention of the fallen angels in the booklet. Such a shame. Gifted them to my sister. The title is misleading. Not what it says on the box.
