Hercules Series Trapezoidal Vinyl Banquet and Event Chairs, Commercial Event Chairs with Padded Seats and Backs, Set of 4, Black

I come from some kitchen chairs that came with my small table, which were uncomfortable and too small for my needs. This chair is exactly what has been missing from every other amazon chair I've looked up. It's sturdy, comfortable, very sleek and modern, compact and lightweight for its size. Its design is completely minimalist so if you're looking for a luxury comfort chair with "spinal memory foam support" or something crazy like that, look elsewhere. To clarify on the point that it's comfortable for me: I'm 6' 0" 155 lbs, so I'm average weight for my height, and this chair fits me perfectly with optimal cushioning. Now for a bigger person with more muscle/width/mass/density, this chair may not have enough padding on the seat and/or it may be too small for you, so don't be afraid to look into the higher tier chairs that Flash Furniture sells. I know for a fact that just from the pictures alone, the FD-BHF-1-GG model has about twice the amount of cushioning that this chair does. PROS: Sturdy, like rock solid, volcano-forged steel sturdy Minimalist, can't really complain about this simple and timeless design Cheap for what is being offered Padding is sufficient for a 155 lb male Lightweight and portable (as portable as a non-foldable chair is going to get!) CONS: Does not offer as much back support as a chair with a bigger back design. This is a half-con because this is what I expected completely from my purchase. Comes pre-assembled in a GARGANTUAN box. This chair came in a HUGE brown box, and I mean a COLOSSAL box, completely assembled. It nearly matched the height of my apartment door. I was surprised my delivery guy even bothered dealing with it! However, this worked out in my favor as it was simply a matter of taking the box inside my apartment and unpacking it. Now this point could either mean the sellers knew that the chair would not break during shipment (boggles my mind how sturdy this thing must be!), or that the seller skimped on packaging. That's on them, not the product. Also, don't sit in this chair without a shirt on because the metal on top of the back padding is really cold. That's expected, however, for a metal frame. 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing new chairs for their apartment. Keep in mind, though, that it is probably not suited for the outdoors because of the foam padded seats. I've had this chair for about a week now and I will update this review if anything breaks, or if I am still satisfied with this purchase a few months in the future.

The best part is that they came already assembled. Mine are in excellent condition and very pretty. They are comfortable, although, not plush. They are as advertised and were undamaged, and had all the parts. Mine were stable with no uneven legs. I purchased the burgandy fabric chairs. They are short, but, not too short. These are more breakfast table chairs than full dinning room chairs. They are too short for my extra high dinnette table, but, I like them and will just find a new table for them. They are the size that was advertised, I just forgot that my table was so high. I am happy with the purchase.

Sturdy and served the purpose for extra seating at Thanksgiving.

I work at a studio that has chairs similar to these that have been in decline for years now. Rather than reupholstering all of them I went in search to replace them. I wasn't able to find the exact ones but these are very close so I bought them. What was great was they are stackable and fit perfectly on the other chairs. everyone loves them at the studio. As the other chairs decline, I will replace them with these chairs. They are cost effective and perfect for our needs.

The little black covers on the inside of the foot of the chairs most of them fell off, other than that it was awesome that these chairs came assembled. So far they seem sturdy they were delivered on August 5 2025, so if anything changes I will come back and provide another update. The height was perfect I am using these for dining chairs. The looks is sleek and I like the seating. The seats aren't thick at all.

Very sturdy and comfortable for our church choir. They hold much more weight than folding chairs, and these are stackable.

Pros: good price, delivered fast, pretty standard chairs Cons: mine arrived with rusty feet, but a wipe down hid most of it. I used them for a week-long trade show and they held up pretty nicely. One of them ended up with a small tear on the fabric/pleather, but I didn't expect them to make it through the use we gave them. Verdict: expect what you pay for. If you want these for extended, abusive use or for a formal event-- they probably wont hold up. But if you need them for low-traffic, or one-time ordeal - the price is right!

The chairs are good just damage on 6 of them and we are missing one from our order of 8! We are using them in our bistro
