This is my second order. I found the price to be good. Delivery is fast from one day to the next. I had to order another one because I needed the belt so I could use the two gels that they send at the same time. It would be great if they included two belts with the order even if they charged a little more. I find these gels very satisfying to use for problems. I have used them on my ankle, knee and back. It did a job for me without having to worry about holding them. I read one review that said they get very hard when frozen; I put them in the door of my freezer and even though they harden a little it is easy to bend them little by little before putting them in the case; they bend very well.Esta es la segunda orden. Seria muy bueno que adjuntaran dos fajas con el pedido aunque cobraran un poco mas. Encuentro estas gel muy satisfactoria para usarla en problemas. La he usado en el tobillo, la rodilla y la espalda. Me hizo un trabajo sin tener que preocuparme de estar sosteniendola. Lei una critica que dijo que se ponian muy duras ya congeladas; las puse en la puerta de mi congelador y aunque enduren un poco es facil de doblarlas poco a poco antes de meterla en la funda; doblan muy bien.

They work as described. The adjustable strap works well and fits multiple positions with ease. The packs are a good size without being too large and bulky.

This product was very easy to use. Having two ice packs was great. Because you could use one while the other was put in the freezer. Also the design of the belt keeps the ice pace from falling out of place.

These are great ice packs! Exceptional for the price! Good coverage area and stays cool for along time.

I've been having knee pain and tried this to help ice the area. I'm so glad I did. It comes with 2 large gel ice packs that freeze quickly, but remain flexible. They easily bend to wrap around my knee while fully frozen. The ice packs fit nicely into the pouch and the pouch velcros closed. A wide flexible/stretchy band helps keep the ice pack where you want it to be. It could easily be used on a shoulder, back, any area truly. The ice pack stays cold for a long time, well beyond the time limit for applying ice to an area. The elastic band has not lost it's stretch and the velcro has not lost its grip. No fraying or rips after several months of use. Can easily be washed, although I have chosen to hand wash mine. Highly recommend. Excellent value.

On February 15th I ordered the 2 gel packs with the velcro sleeve wrap and received them the next day! I have total knee replacement scheduled for next Monday and now I know these will be my saving grace. I order early so I could try them out and use them now for pain relief as I re injured my bad knee a few days ago. The knee not being replaced has a torn quad from last year. So now I can use both of these pads at the same time, I just put the second bag in a lightweight t shirt. I did have regular knee ice jel pads but they were no where close to keeping cold, being pliable and just doing the job that these gel pads from Rester's Choice do. To test how long they would stay cold, I put in the freezer overnight then the next day after extreme pain I put the jel pad in the closed velco sleeve (which is a fantastic - well made and easy to use 2 velcro straps and it's secure) on my very warm knee. I sat in my recliner and after 20 minutes it was still ice cold and my knee felt much better. I timed another 20 minutes and it was still cold enough to put on my other knee for 20 minutes without putting back into the freezer. I had read and read about the ice therapy machines, but since they are not returnable and a sizable $200 investment I thought I would try these pads first. Now, I see I may not need anything else. What a great investment. In the past 6 months, I've had to have two surgeries on my elbow - ulnar nerve release, and then ulnar nerve transposition. The second surgery has been far more painful, requiring a lot of heat/icing, to soothe the pain, as needed. The incision is on the back side of my arm, above the elbow. Not an easy place to hold a heating pad or ice pack. Then, I discovered this! It's wonderful, as it comes with two heating packs, which can be warmed, or placed in freezer. When needed, I just place a pack into the cuff, and slide it up my arm, positioning it where needed. Ahhh...relief!! Stays in place, even when sleeping, so I definitely like that! It can be adjusted pretty small, it considerably large! For the price - can't be beat! Well worth it - highly recommend!

I had a knee replacement a month ago and purchased this to help keep ice packs in place and it is doing the job! Because it comes with 2 gel packs, there is one cold at all times. I can see may other areas that something like this could be helpful ie: back pain, and love that it can be used warm or cold. I think it will see a lot of usage in the future, and I have encouraged my kids to have one on hand as part of their first aid kits for my grandchildren. There will always be a need for ice packs, this is a very convenient way to utilize them, especially in places that ice packs have a tendency to slip off of.

Well made and great for cold compress! But a hot water bottle stays warmer for longer.

Works as intended. I got this as I get migraine headaches. I can wrap this around my head and it works well to relieve my headache with the cooling held in place where I need it.

Vraiment pratique , le fait de mettre la Chaleur ou le froid et de pouvoir bouger en même temps et faire ces choses . D’avoir les 2 poches chaud/froid est aussi pratique et fonctionne très bien seulement attention au chaud je met 45 sec et après 20 sec peut brûlée la peau .

Nice items and the bag is very useful to apply and holding it right place. It works well in cold condition and tried in hot.
