I have been using this about 6 weeks after seeing Barbara O Neal recommendations. I was having terrible hot flashes and was not sleeping. After 2 weeks I noticed improvement in both areas. After 4 weeks I stopped hot flashing all together and I sleep MUCH better. I am a nurse and I am sold on this cream!

I'm 58 and about a year and a half post menopause. The most important thing I learned is be consistent and apply 2x per day per package instruction. It smells good and I like the way it feels on my skin, the best part is that it has stopped my hot flashes which were horrible.I also like that I don't have to alternate where I apply it.

This cream works to balance hormones to relieve symptoms of menopause. My hot flashes & night sweats all stopped after 2 weeks of using this cream twice a day (night & morning). The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the scent. It is kinda sage smelling, which is fine while I’m sleeping, I just don’t like to smell like that when I go out. It is also in an olive oil base, this makes it greasy. Again, not a problem while sleeping, I just don’t like it during the day. Overall a good solid product. Once I use it up I’m trying Anna’s Wild Yam Cream. It’s supposed to be creamy, light scented & soak in quickly.

To be honest, I only bought this because Barbara O’Neill had recommended it and since she had recommended it, I have faith that it works. I’ve been using it consistently for about a month and I haven’t had that much pain when it came to my my menstrual cycle so I’m guessing that it works. Try it for yourself. Don’t just take my word for it! Try.

The Best Wild Yam Cream Ever!!

I’m not sure if this is giving any benefit, but about halfway through the jar it begins to smell HORRID. I don’t have it in any kind of extreme temperatures, and the cap is tightly closed so I have no idea why this happens. And it’s happened with two jars in a row. Also I had a few questions for the owners of the company and have not gotten my call or email returned. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service.
