Has been up for a good few months now even in this awful weather and no issues. Sturdy and doesn’t stretch with heavy washing. Easy to wipe clean.

The diameter of this washing line is less than the 4.2mm stated in the product description. It appears to be somewhere between 2mm and 2.5mm.. This might lead to a problem with the grip of some pegs.

Used as washing line, but it would help if plastic coating around wire was thicker to improve grip of pegs.

Was very disappointed when this eventually arrived as it is very thin. The pegs would definately not hold on the clothes if I put this rope up as the rope is so thin. Maybe do for camping? but would not recommend for normal clothes pole rope.

We have a lot of bushes /small trees in our garden , cord deteriorates and wire cuts through so we use the plastic line which has an internal wire core as an excellent substitute to tie back the bushes and trees which would otherwise overhang the garden.

When this arrived and I first used it I thought what a load of tat. It stretched, had flaws in the cable and, even with a jewellers loupe, I can see no sign of any steel in the core. However we stuck with it and after several months is still in use. However it is not good for a heavy load of washing as it sags so much even whilst putting the items on it. The wall fittings and the rewind are good.

I have used this product for a while now and it works really well. The fact that you can draw it out when you need to but can also tuck it away works well in my little garden. So as long as you have a sturdy couple of walls to attach the fixings to, you will have a good product that is strong enough to hold anything from thick wet towels or lingerie.

I thought this washing line was grossly expensive for what it is definitely not be having another one
