Famowood wood filler is a great product. Spreads easily, sticks to everything, sands easily, and dries hard. I'm not sure how well it stains. I'm painting over it.

This works like wood filler should. Correct consistency, spreads easily, but not too easy. It’s not gummy and dries faster than minwax which stays gummy forever. Good job famowood!

This wood filler is hands down the best I’ve ever used, and it's the only one I trust for all my projects. It dries in just 15 minutes and can be sanded, drilled, or nailed without any issues. It never shrinks, crumbles, or cracks, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. However, my recent purchase from this seller, TheHardwareCityCom, was disappointing. The filler had large patches of mold on the top, which I had to scrape off, and it had a strange smell. Despite that, the filler performed flawlessly as usual, but the mold was off-putting.

I'm using this to fill old nail holes and scratches in 2" x 6" x 12' redwood to reuse in a deck. This filler comes out of the container smooth and easy to spread with a putty knife. It dries in about 30 min so there is plenty of time to work with it. It is easily sanded and will accept almost as much stain as the sanded wood. The color of the filler is close to the typical 2" x 6" of pine or Douglas-fir. I don't know if it comes tinted. This specific filler was recommended by a furniture refinisher on YouTube because it was so quick and easy to apply in a nice, smooth, thin, even layer an inch wide, or in the narrowest of cracks or scratches. I found this to be true.

GREAT STUFF! Works well and doesn't shrink up light other cheaper wood fillers. Easy to apply and I will definitely continue using in the future. Good value and size of tub as well.

When I read reviews that mentioned how hard the container is to open the first time, I thought that was a trivial problem, not worth mentioning. It wasn't. Opening the container the first time is a chore, but it's well worth the effort. This is the best wood filler I have ever used. Very little, if any, shrinkage. Easy to spread, easy to sand, stands up well outside in high temperatures. Painting is is easy and provides great results. I haven't needed to stain it or drill it or nail into it, so I can't comment on those characteristics. Don't hesitate. Great product.

Muy buen producto, es muy fácil de utilizar y rinde muy bien. Parece ser poco, pero si se sabe aplicar, rinde bien, también llega a secar, se puede agregar poca agua y funciona bien.

Never heard of the brand before but got the name from some woodworking forums where they unanimously agreed this was the best wood filler so I tried it. It is an excellent filler - easy to apply and work with, easy to sand. I can't really comment too much on its ability to absorb stain as I was using a hard wax finish but I suspect like all fillers they absorb stain differently from the wood so you'll have to do some creative stain touch ups to really blend.

This is the best wood filler I have ever used. It spreads like butter, it has very low smell, it dries quickly and sands super easy. I highly recommend this product.
