I have real bad insomnia, and this definitely did the trick! I slept like a baby!

I have used several of the Life Cykel mushroom extracts over the past two months including Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps. They are easy to use directly or dropped into a drink. They have a mild, earthy flavor that is barely noticeable, and not unpleasant, when mixed in a Coke Zero. The Reishi promotes sleep and its effect is apparent within an hour. I wear an Oura ring that monitors my sleep and can verify that not only am I sleeping longer, but my mix of REM, deep sleep and core sleep is much improved when taking Reishi.

I struggle with sleep issues and have been looking for a natural remedy to help me relax and hopefully feel sleepy. It doesn’t work for me. I have liver damage and things taken orally tend to not work well. This might help someone without liver damage but I have no way of knowing if it’s the product or if it is just me.

Kind of tastes disgusting, didn’t do anything for me either. Likely just my response tho, worth a try if you’re interested- definitely natural.
