The Works of John Owen: An Exposition of the Epistle to the Hebrews, with Preliminary Exercitations - Primary Source Edition Paperback – December 7, 2013

The book arrived very fast but the print is TOO small! I'll keep it because I want to read it and it is just legible enough to read it. However, the font size is so tiny! The margins are at least 1" on every page. I don't recommend this book because of the print. How else can you fit the works of John Owen into one book?

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The inward print is great as far a lettering. I’ve found no missing or smudged lettering which is nice. The only thing I’ve found is some of the binding prints are a little misplaced on book 8,11&16 as you can see in the video. But other than my OCD going crazy I’m fine.......😐

Purchased as a gift for my father in law, I was embarrassed to find how they look on his shelf! For over $350 and from Banner of Truth you would expect at least the binding to be consistent. Very sad.

What of the most significant theologians from the English Puritanism. Erudite, exceedingly thorough, and spiritually rich. This is a must-have for those interested in deep theology with a concern for spiritual things.

These books are a very hard read. This set was actually a Christmas gift for my father and i have had the opportunity to take some time to read some parts of the books. John Owen was a brilliant theologian and gifted with wisdom and discernment that came only from the Lord. These books will help edify the Christian who hungers for the "steak and prime rib" of Major Doctrines of Gods sufficient, infallible Word!

A wonderful resource for anyone looking to seriously study Owen, and wonderfully published too.

You can not break down the book with endless pages - It made it impossible for me to gain the worth of the Book

The books arrived in good time without any damage. The books are a great theological resource and I highly recommend this set of books my advice is sell all and get Owen it is a classic master piece.
