Ill take one star bcuz shipping is to long. BUT other than that it is perfect items. Yes it will stick to the wood floor. Make sure no gap or holes in the floor wood. In the pictures im hardly pulling it and its really suck good! :) hoping nothing have a problem while or during my work out. i just tested it only for one minute.

Not useful for its purpose.
The cup does not have enough suction to hold your feet down while you are doing situps. This is nor a product worth spending your money on.
