Very nice soap Very happy with it!

It smells pretty good. But I was totally disappointed because, it’s supposed to be a classic. There is no cameo in the middle of the soap. It’s just the word Camay. I love classic and vintage things, but like I said, that was disappointing.

Boxes were coming open, they felt damp. Okay but not as good as I remember.

I got this for my mom for a reason; to grant her wish of getting this soap she wanted when she was a teen. We gave it to her for her birthday, but I actually ended up using one bar of it. The smell is amazing, but after my second use, I think, my skin felt dry.

I’m a senior lady and like others, I was a long time Camay user and was very upset when I was no longer able to purchase it. I tried another seller, and received bright pink soap, definitely not my old favorite. I decided to try Amazon, and chose to take a chance and believe the reviews that said it really was the true original. I was almost afraid to look when I received my order, but to my relief and delight, the reviews were accurate and it was what I had hoped for. Thank you so very much for making the original available again!Edited to add: after I left the above review, I realized that this is not the old original. The color is a darkrer pink and the scent is stronger. I was so happy to think I had found the soap I had used for years. I had one bar of the original and noticed that it isn’t the same. Just wanted to clarify. The original came in a white cardboard box which was wrapped in what looked like the camay wrapping. I saw some on the Walmart site and was going to try that, but it’s currently out of stock

I use a different kind of soap but husband always liked camay. Since Proctor and Gamble stopped making and can’t find in grocery stores or drug stores any more, he’s glad to have this one. He said scent is ok
