It works as long as you follow the guidelines
The Isagenix 30 day cleanse actually works if you follow it just as it says and are very strict. I didn’t even have to work out and I lost 10 lbs in 30 days (I was around 135 and went down to 125). I will say the first five days I was on the hangry side, but it’s worth it to stick it out! I’ve done it two separate times and have achieved results both times. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a simple, very easy to follow diet and actual results, Isagenix is definitely for you.
