Green tea has so many healthful properties and taking it in capsule form as well as in tea fits right into my program.

I love green tea it’s my favorite tea. My doctor highly recommended the green tea extract for great health benefits with fibroids. The green tea extract has been shown to shrink fibroids. There are 150 small sized capsules in the bottle. It’s easy to swallow with water or juice without any bitter taste or bad after taste or smell. I absolutely love its vegan and non-GMO. I take 1 sometimes 2 capsules per day mornings and afternoons. I don’t suggest taking it at nights, due to the caffeine kept me up all night. So far I’ve used it for 1 month with no complaints. I find the supplements to be good quality. Speak with your health care provider before taking it.

As someone on a weight loss journey, I was hopeful when I purchased Green Tea Extract Tablets to aid in my goals. However, my experience with these tablets was less than satisfactory.Firstly, I found the tablets to be quite large and difficult to swallow, which was already off-putting. Additionally, after taking them, I experienced significant bloating and burping for several hours. This discomfort was not only unpleasant but also made it difficult to go about my day as usual.As someone aiming to lose at least 10 pounds, I was disappointed by the negative effects of these tablets on my body. While I understand that different supplements work differently for everyone, the discomfort I experienced was enough to deter me from continuing to use this product.Overall, my experience with Green Tea Extract Tablets was not positive, and I will be exploring other options to support my weight loss journey in the future.
