I use this pruner for my grafting experiment and it's been working very well. The pruner is very sturdy and comfortable to use. Highly recommended.

Does a good job holding clippings and is very sharp. I use mainly on roses and some hard branches up to 3/8 inch thick. Has become my everyday nipper. I keep her clean and lubed. I did make one modification to the spring wire that was coming up through the slot in the plastic. I forget now exactly what, but I have the wire under the plastic. Maybe yours won't be like mine but it really grabs the clipping like I have it.

These make your garden tasks so easy. They grip the branch, flower, whatever so that you only need to use one hand.

Unlike the other reviewer (Rennaissanceman), I am happy to loan this to others! It is sturdy and unlikely to suffer from hard use, but it is not Zen-like or elegant and sometimes the pruner sticks and needs to be manually encouraged.I wanted something a little more robust and feel this will do the job, but while better than my Fiskars, it is not of the same quality as some of my European tools.

This is a product I wished for and didn’t know it existed! I was so happy when I discovered it and I got to try it out ‘ it works like it should. You clip the stem and the flower stays on the pruners until you release it or take it off. No more bending into prickly rose bushes to collect your cut roses!!! I bought 2 for myself and every rose lover in my family for them for their birthdays ! It’s an amazing must have product!! Would give it 10 stars ⭐️ if I could !!

I collect seeds for a local Forest Preserve District which includes prairies and savannas. The Zenport Z202 Cut-n-Hold Pruners work excellently. It is essential to be able to hold the clipped stems until they can be deposited in their respective collection bags.I highly recommend these Pruners and I will be buying more for my team members.

I really just wanted rose or floral scissors that would hold the stem, so these pruning shears are more than I need, and a little stiff for my small hands, but it seems like they will hold up, and they do hold the stem that you cut off.
