I already use this, and love love love it. It is great on roast lamb joints and I use it on lamb chops after oiling and before grilling them. It has a hint of rosemary as well as other seasonings and adds a delicious depth of flavour, you can even add a couple of teaspoons to your lamb stews and curries, it compliments and enhances the flavour of the meat beautifully. I highly recommend this.
