Excellent Product
The media could not be loaded. Initially I found this because I was looking for a replacement for my favourite raw coconut flour (which is apparently no longer being made), though not 100% certain what to expect. I must say that I've been pleasantly surprised with the smooth texture and ease of use I'm finding within this bag.So far I have used it for two of my regular culinary applications with great success, and feel that I have found a reliable source for a product upon which I can rely for numerous applications. The sellers are kind, helpful, and communication with them has been superb thus far. I am confident that I will continue to buy this as a staple item for all of my raw cheffing work with clients, businesses, charitable events, and also at home.

So yummy!
I bought this organic coconut flour to make some chocolate chip paleo cookies. I'll include the recipe at the end of my review. This flour is perfect! The price is great too. The cookies are light and moist. I love cooking with coconut plus it's a good fat and helps me maintain my calorie intake so I can continue to breast feed. Here is the recipe I use:3/4 cup unsalted creamy almond butter1/2 cup organic coconut sugar2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled2 eggs1/4 cup coconut flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/3 cup dairy free dark chocolate chipsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, add in almond butter, coconut sugar and coconut oil; process until it comes together, about 1 minute. Add in eggs and process again. The dough will probably seize up at this point, but don't worry that's okay.Next, add in coconut flour, baking soda and salt; process again until a dough forms.Gently fold in chocolate chips.Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto prepared cookie sheet. You can flatten dough with the palm of your hand if you'd like to have cookies like mine in the photo, or if you prefer, you can leave the dough as is and cookies will be a bit puffier.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies turn slightly golden brown around the edges.Allow to cool on cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.Repeat with remaining dough.Makes around 20 cookies

Came with a hole in the bag but product is good.
The media could not be loaded. I like the flavor and the value but the packaging was definitely not airtight as it arrived with a hole. There was a slice in the packaging and flour spilled out from it into the mailer. Not much and I’m happy most of it is fine but it makes me a bit scared to use it as I don’t know what might have gotten into the bag through that hole. Other than that the product looked completely fine and good. I would purchase again hoping that my next bag has no holes or cuts in it.

Nice flavor, price & packaging, especially for organic
This comes in a thick plastic pouch with a zip lock to keep it fresh once it's opened. I also really appreciated that the bottom of the bag is gusseted, so it will stand up, making it easier to extract the product from it. Coconut flour can go a little rancid, and this appears to be quite fresh with an expiration date 2 years and 7 months out!I thought the price was good, particularly for an organic product.

Great product!!
My first time using coconut flour. I am not using almond flour so I will work on converting the recipes into to strickley coconut flour. I made bread and it came out fantastic. I like the taste and I am finding it easy to work with. This is a really good product and I plan on ordering from them again. Customer service is great, I haven't talked to them but they have emailed me during the buying and receiving process to check on the product or to tell me the status. I think if I had a problem they would be very responsive.

Great Low Carb Flour
I've made pancakes with this coconut flour several times & they are good! But I'd suggest you look for this recipe: "Easy Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe with Cream Cheese - Low Carb." It's easy to mix & works & tastes much better than the other one I tried with 9 ingredients. I've also made Choc. Chip cookies with it, but they were very dry. I'm going to try other recipes using it. Be advised: coconut flour "keeps you moving" if you know what I mean. You won't be constipated using this flour!

Inexpensive
This flour is a very reasonable priced flour. Beware that you must sift it as there are a lot of larger particles mixed with the flour which is suppose to be fine. Other than this it has worked well for a keto substitute flour. The coconut flavor is stronger than i like but that is with all coconut flours.

A true powder. Absolutely awesome.
I actually use this in smoothies. It's far less expensive than regular coconut milk. Coconut flour helps line my stomach so i can digest kale etc. Otherwise these veggies give me a tummy ache. 100 percent the best of all the coconut flours I have ever used. It's ground into a fine powder.
