Incredibly effective for Globus!
This is the ONLY thing that helps with my globus (Plum Pit Qi) and it's phenomenal. It sometimes takes a few days if it's not too bad or if it's really bad then a few weeks. If you have anxiety, night sweats, and a condition where you feel like you're being choked all the time then this is the answer. 8 pills 3 times a day or 12 pills twice a day, though I believe it's more effective 3 times a day. I was prescribed this by my acupuncturist/Chinese medicine doctor.

Acupuncture and this work together
I had a feeling in my throat that i couldn't swallow and acupuncture told me to try this also had my massage therapist work on opening my throat Chakra...it took 2 bottles and 2 visits to acupuncture....it worked

Cherry pit in the throat problem
I have been told that this Chinese remedy is for feeling like you have a cherry pit in your throat due to phlegm. I decided to try it to see what kind of results I have. Since I have only been taking it for a couple of days, I hope to have positive results, soon!

Doesn’t work
Throw them away. You don’t know where it is made or what is actually inside the pills. I’ve been suffering from chronic throat clearing, excessive mucus in the throat, and feeling like something is constantly stuck in my throat. This has been going on for about 7 months now.However it has been getting better once I accepted the fact that it isn’t caused by allergies, lpr, etc.It is caused by anxiety. I learned that it is important to give yourself a break. Take a breath and relax. Let your body and mind rest a little.

My herbalist recommended me to get this so for me it does the job works great easys to use and for a decent price.

Don't self-prescribe
These herbs are more complicated than they look. You really need to have a master's degree in Chinese medicine to appropriately prescribe these. General herbal knowledge is not enough. Let your license acupuncturist decide if it's right for you or you may not get much out of it or even get hurt.
