I would say anyone over 50 with very dry skin.It is quite thick but sinks in quickly.I have been using it for 2 years and my skin is very good for my age.

Someone please tell me is this cream at all greasy

I didnt find it greasy at all. Obviously at first it seems it might be but it sinks in leaving skin very soft
