We purchased this item in order to keep medications that cost $1K per dose refrigerated. We had an unfortunate experience when a refrigerator malfunctioned on a cruise a few years ago and fried $3K worth of meds and caused us to spend almost 3 days of our visit to GB purchasing replacements. We did have a minor problem with the bottle the first time we used it: there is a gasket that ultimately seals the bottle and it became wrinkled the first time we used the bottle. For the purposes we need the bottle it is not a problem, but if it is you growler, it could be an issue. Contacted the guy who owns the outfit and he says he is including a spare gasket going forward and instructions to wet the gasket and make sure it is seated before using the bottle for valuable stuff like a great IPA or the single malt you are smuggling onto the cruise ship. Would I buy it again, yes,

I use the jug for ice cold water. I put ice in it fill it up and walk the golf course playing 18 holes in the hot sun. The hug works as I hoped it would. It keeps the water cold and by the end of 18 I can still find some ice too inside. So far the jug has worked great for me. I rally like the paracord that holds the lid and the neoprene jacket that fits over the jug too. Lots of bonuses to buying the jug. The number one for me is keeping my water cold and the rest is a bonus!!! Thanks and happy selling and buying to all!!

Pros:It definitely has a unique color. I get tons of compliments when getting fills.I had a main concern for leaks because of reviews but after 3 fills at local breweries I haven’t noticed any leaks. It’s also a plus that it came with an extra gasket for the lid.I place mine in the refrigerator when I get home and it has kept beer cold for 48 hours and I haven’t noticed any carbonation loss.Cons:The carry handle (rope) is pretty much useless when it is filled. It slips off pretty easy. You have to use the carry case to have any grip.I noticed that the lid can get a little off that’s barely noticeable and that can be what causes all of the leaks other reviewers are having.Summary:I plan to buy a few more of these for personal use and gift out. The price point perfect and it has been perfect for what I needed it for.

I bought this growler for local fill ups and have already done so a few times. It is excellent, no leaks and it maintains carbonation for a long time. I have gone upto 8 hours and it was well carbonated. I have noticed that some bartenders do not close the lid properly and it seems that the growler leaks when you fill up. It always helps to open and close the lid yourself.I am very happy with the purchase. A handle would have been good to pour though.

I wanted to love this growler so much, really I did. The packaging is super nice, the whole thing is very handsome and would make an excellent gift. It just feels special and everything you get for the quite reasonable sum of around $30 is incredibly nice. The neoprene sleeve is thick and looks well-made, the growler is coated with a soft touch kind of coating and embossed with the handsome “Malt Mountain” logo. Opening the box feels like you’re opening a present. However, this is one present I’d put in the “re-gift” pile. Let me be clear, quality here is not the issue. The issue is that it is incredibly impractical when put to use in the real world. The cap connects to the growler with a woven nylon cord. Looks great, but it gets soaked with beer if you’re having your growler filled then drips beer all over the place. Plus, as the cap just dangles there, it is rather cumbersome and in the way of the person that is filling your growler. I also suggest not carrying the growler by this cord as it loosen easily and will send your growler crashing to the floor. After two fills, I decideD the cord is useless really, and removed it never to be used again. The neoprene sleeve I guess is supposed to help insulate the growler, but here we go again with something that will get soaked with beer each time you fill it. Removing it is a bit cumbersome, so after two fills, I decide to not use that either. Better to buy something that is truly insulated. So, now you’re left with a stainless steel growler with a loose cap ready to be misplaced just like every other growler cap you’ve ever had. You then compare it to the better version you have now purchased for yourself, and you see that the walls of this growler are quite thin in comparison, and it doesn’t insulate nor keep carbonation anywhere nearly as well as the (albeit more expensive) competition. As a gift, this looks great. In use, it is frustrating and you wish it were designed for actual use, not just looks. I suggest passing on this one and taking a look at the 32oz or 64oz Growlers by MIIR.

this growler its a great great product. I use dayli for water and keeps for a long periods of time the temperature desired cold or hot . I use for water the most of the time but i have used for other beverages like coffee and did not retain any residual flavor just washed and ready again like new. Like a suggestion I think it would be nice if exist a cap to drink direct from and dont need open it all the main cup because its little uncomfortable for me when im bussy open and close each time when i use it. but its a great great growler and water bottle. it comes faster than I expected very well presented and very well protected. All around solid growler. I filled it at a local brewery on Saturday morning to take camping and by Saturday night the beer was still cool and carbonated. Great size, seal works perfectly, and the outer shell works to keep the liquid cool for a long time. I have a feeling I'll be gifting one or two of these when Christmas rolls around.

I bought this growler and could not be more pleased with the quality and the features. It was the only one I could find that has a pocket on the insulated holder! The growler is super light and durable, would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes the outdoors and staying hydrated! This bottle is perfect for me as a water bottle at work, keeps water cold all day,The seller processed my order and shipped it quickly, but unbeknown to me Amazon used couriers please to deliver it, and they were extremely slow, I have no idea why Amazon use them, they have hundreds of bad reviews.
